6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of:

Drawings, pricing, client specifications, and business terms
Supplier or client databases, non-public contacts, or RFQs
Custom profiles, alloy compositions, or engineering specifications

Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) may be signed upon request to formalize data protection protocols.

7. Warranty & Liability

VAEC provides warranty coverage for its aluminium extrusion products based on:

Specification match (dimensions, tolerances, alloy grades)
Manufacturing defects or process faults
Agreed-upon inspection standards

However, we are not liable for:

Improper storage, handling, or usage of extrusions by third parties
Design or integration failures not advised by VAEC
Delays due to force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, export restrictions)

Total liability is limited to the value of the defective goods supplied, unless otherwise agreed in contract.

8. Export Control & Compliance

For international clients and cross-border shipments:

We comply with all DGFT regulations, GST Export Rules, and customs laws in India
Clients must ensure local import compliance and documentation (Form A, CoO, test reports)
VAEC reserves the right to decline orders from restricted countries or parties under sanctions
Certifications such as BIS, RoHS, or custom test protocols must be pre-requested

9. Termination of Services

VAEC reserves the right to suspend access to its website or decline orders if a user:

Submits false or misleading information
Violates intellectual property or payment terms
Harasses or misuses contact platforms
Attempts to disrupt our systems or data infrastructure

In such cases, VAEC may pursue appropriate legal remedies.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
