VAEC began its journey as Vertex Aluminium with a clear vision to deliver reliable aluminium extrusion solutions in India. Starting with a single extrusion press, the company laid a strong foundation focused on precision, quality, and customer trust.

2011 – Expanding Manufacturing

VAEC expanded its production capabilities by installing additional aluminium extrusion presses to meet growing demand from automotive and construction industries. This phase marked a significant step toward scaling operations and improving output efficiency.

2015 – Advanced Die Engineering

VAEC launched its full-scale in-house die manufacturing facility, reducing dependency on external tooling and improving production flexibility. This strategic move strengthened control over profile accuracy and reduced lead times.

Integration of QForm simulation software enhanced die design precision, metal flow optimization, and extrusion performance, enabling VAEC to deliver complex aluminium profiles with higher efficiency and consistency.

2017 – Expanding Global Presence

VAEC entered international markets, supplying aluminium extrusion profiles to clients across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The company strengthened its export capabilities with global packaging and logistics standards.

This expansion positioned VAEC as a reliable aluminium extrusion manufacturer for global OEMs, delivering custom profiles for construction, transportation, and renewable energy applications.

2019 – Alloy & Heat Innovation

VAEC introduced alloy customization and in-house heat treatment processes, offering T5 and T6 tempers for enhanced mechanical performance. This advancement enabled entry into high-performance sectors.

With improved material strength and durability, VAEC expanded into aerospace, defence, and advanced engineering applications requiring precision aluminium extrusion solutions.

2020 – Sustainable Casting Integration

VAEC commissioned in-house billet casting lines, gaining control over alloy composition, quality, and consistency. This integration enhanced production efficiency and reduced reliance on external suppliers.

The company also adopted sustainable practices, including recycled aluminium usage and energy-efficient processes, aligning operations with ESG goals and India’s green manufacturing vision.

2021 – VAEC Rebranding

VAEC rebranded from Vertex Aluminium to reflect its evolution into a complete aluminium extrusion solutions provider. The new identity emphasized strength, innovation, and sustainability.

With increased extrusion capacity, improved automation, and investments in fabrication and finishing, VAEC positioned itself as a modern, integrated manufacturing partner for global industries.

2022 – 32MN Press Launch

VAEC installed a high-capacity 32MN aluminium extrusion press, significantly enhancing production capability and enabling manufacturing of larger and more complex profiles.

This upgrade strengthened VAEC’s ability to serve infrastructure, automotive, and industrial sectors with high-volume, precision aluminium extrusion solutions and faster delivery timelines.

2024 – Capacity & Scale Achieved

VAEC achieved a major milestone by reaching 35,000 TPA production capacity and building a die library of over 8000 ready moulds. This reflects strong operational growth and engineering capability.
